Three versatile ingredients — a graham cracker crust, whipped mascarpone cream, and Roasted Rhubarb-Strawberry compote — make up these easy dessert treats to pass around at a spring party. The same ingredients can be turned into a fruit fool. Pass these little treats around at a cocktail party or barbecue or just put them on the table as you're sipping that last bit of wine.  

1. Arrange 12 (or however many you want) graham cracker crusts that have been baked in muffin cups on a serving platter.

2. Dollop with whipped mascarpone and a spoonful of Roasted Rhubarb-Strawberry Compote. Refrigerate covered for up to an hour if not serving right away.
