The boat: The Boylermaker, a Silverhawk 24’.

A Day on the job: Up at four o’clock in the morning during the summer to get in one or sometimes two fishing trips with customers. Then home by late afternoon.

Favorite part of the job? “The different kinds of people you can meet through the season. A lot of my customers have been with me twenty years now.”

And the worst? “The paperwork. And being off the water.”
